Crispy Parmesan Edamame

The perfect, protein-packed healthy snack! But watch out - they're addictive.

2 cups shelled edamame

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper


Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together edamame and olive oil. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.  

Stir together Parmesan cheese mixture and edamame until evenly coated.

Evenly spread edamame on parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is browned to your liking.
